Venue: Emanuel School
Time: 12.30-3.00pm
Presenter: Melinda Gindy
Presentation: The GATEway Blueprint
Join us for an inspiring presentation by Melinda Gindy from Regents Park Christian School as she shares the innovative GATEway Blueprint. The GATEway Blueprint provides a strategic roadmap for schools to understand the foundations of best-practice in gifted education and talent development, evaluate their current provision and plan purposeful growth towards effective and contextually responsive gifted education. Melinda will explore how this collaborative model creates meaningful opportunities for targeted and realistic optimisation of resourcing, while offering practical insights for schools seeking to strengthen their provision for gifted learners in alignment with their strategic priorities and improvement goals. This promises to be a valuable session for educators interested in translating current research, policy, and evidence-informed practice into targeted, actionable strategies for sustainable school improvement. The GATEway Blueprint was developed during Melinda’s Doctorate in Education studies, which considers The Impact of Executive School Leadership on Effective Gifted Education Provision.
